HCA Community Strategic Planning Survey

Help shape the future of Hawaii’s coffee industry. Your voice matters.

This survey is part of the Hawaii Coffee Association’s 2026 Strategic Planning project. To ensure a fair, unbiased, and inclusive process, HCA has engaged Map It Forward as an independent facilitator to gather community input, conduct stakeholder interviews, and support the development of a clear, community-informed strategic plan.

All responses are confidential and will be analyzed in aggregate. Your insights and experiences will directly shape the direction of this industry-wide effort.

The survey is open to everyone in the Hawaii coffee community: farmers, processors, roasters, retailers, exporters, researchers, and partners. The survey will remain open through December 31st, 2025.
